Changed from what he previously was, a young reckless kid with only the intention of defeating an opponent in his mind. Over the past two and a half years he is as peace with his flaws and come to grips with his past actions. He still has mindful revenge lingering in his mind to elminate his step brother for taking the life of his mother and ridding her of her sharingan eyes that have also acquired the mangekyou sharingan. He become alot like his Uchiha relative Sano who was perverted to a certain extent, Kusuke has learned to be a little more open on his thoughts and not to keep so many secrets. His sense of time has somewhat left him and he makes excuses for being late which is shown in his actions alot lately. His grandfather Daaku commented that he acts similar to his late relative Uchiha Obito.
Appearance: Having grown to from 5'1'' to a steady 5'7'' Kusuke has longer white hair that reaches down past his shoulders just a little bit. His eyes are both solid silver, but sometimes revert to a sharper shade of sterling silver incorporated by his fully matured Shirubaai eye. His clothing reside to a long black shirt with orange bands and pertruding collar with the fan of the Uchiha Clan on his back. His matching pants are also black with orange bands at the end as well. The Kumo forehead protector of his grandfather's is around his neck and bright orange and black goggles occupy his forehead. His image still portrays that of a young Jiraiya in which most cases he has been given comments involving Orochimaru and Tsunade that were un settling.

Kagure Katana: Onyx Blade
The updated Katana blade that Kusuke recieved from his father whom recieved it previous teacher and relative Sano-sama who was responsible for breaking his last one in the first place. Its sharpened blade and conductive properties match his lightning chakra and his own unique traits. With the howaitonoizu nagashi he can can channel it into his leaf blade and increase the cutting power.
Kunai Knives: The basic ninja tool for all shinobi, mostly introduced to young Genin. A sharp daggerlike weapon to carve up enemies and opponents.
Demon Wind Shuriken: A shuriken shaped into the form of a windmill, excellent for cutting through the air and through enemies. Its rotation is what makes it such an impressive ninja tool.
Shuriken and Wire: One of the starter ninja tools used in various combinations. Shuriken are the equivalent of darts to be thrown can more or less immobilize an opponent temporarily. With the wire attached it can pin an opponent to a tree or rock and launch a jutsu to follow.

Kage Rendan: Shadow Combo (A-rank, Offensive)
Utilizing the upward kick from Might Gai's Shadow of Dancing leaf techinique, the opponent is hurled into the air. Rayex then creates three kage bunshins, following up as the original leaps behind the soaring opponent hiding in their shadow. From their its a rotational movement of attacks, the first being the left leg is slammed across into the opponent's chest causing their body to rotate to the right opening their body up. The first replication then comes flying from the ground with a spinning screw kick into the opponents torso slamming them to bind with the left leg to interlock their body from escaping. The replication pushes off of the body and the next kick from the original from the right leg pivoting the body left. The second replication comes from under slamming a screw kick as the first one did into the torso of the opponent and then furiously pushes off. Rayex then slams his right arm into his opponent and flips on top of them as they rotate leaving himself within their shadow still. His left fist then connects with their back pushing them to fall faster than himself. The finaly clone jumps from directly below slamming both feet into the opponent and pushes off while Rayex comes down to finishi it off by grabbing their torso into the Falcon Dive slamming their head into the hard ground. Lightning Malestrom (B-rank, Supplementary)
In combination with Rayex's lightning speed jutsu and katana blade, he is capable of accelerating the movement of the speed at which not only his fit and torso move, but also his hands and arms. A series of slashes to repel attacks such as the 1,000 needle attack Ditonke used on Rayex in the Chuunin exams to thwart all incoming projectile based attacks of a certain degree. (Father's Jutsu)
Mi Ashimoto Shinkirou: Three Step Mirage (C-rank, Supplementary)
An after image stepping technique that creates a series of false perceptions accelarating at intense speeds.
Shun-poe: Lightning Step (S-rank, Supplementary)
The heightened form of stepping inspired by Rayex's sensei Sanosuke Uchiha. The speed accelarates the body to points where particle shifting.

Raiton: Raishuriken Bunshin Jutsu (B-rank Offensive, Lightning)
A modification of the Lightning Clone, the user throws one shuriken at the victim and then uses this jutsu to create multiple copies of the shuriken to make the attack more powerful.
Raiton: Rai Bunshin no Jutsu (B-rank Supplementary, Lightning)
Clones composed of chakra manipulated into lightning, they contain the characteristics of the normal kage bunshin jutsu.
Raiton: Lightning Dragon Missle (B-rank Offensive, Lightning)
Chakra stored in the chest cavity, and dispersed through the user's mouth. It takes the form of a dragon composed of intensified chakra with an electrical charge being positive. Upon striking an object, the enemy is not only paralyzed but the electrical properties on the human body are somewhat ruptured. The feedback on the brain is halted for a brief second diverting rational thought being a result of the paralysis (which is temporary for like 2 mins).
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu (C-rank Offensive, Fire)
Utilizing a large amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth. When an Uchiha clan member masters this technique, they are recognized as an adult. This technique also seems to be fairly common amongst Konoha's Chunin-level ninja.
Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu: (C-rank Offensive, Fire)
The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object. While the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, in the manga it is shown to be nothing more than a small burst of flame running along a line of wire.
Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu: (C-rank Offensive, Fire)
This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, this jutsu is used as a distraction.
Howaitonoizu: White Noise (A-rank, Offensive, Lightning) -Copied Reanimation-
This jutsu channels a large amount of chakra into the user's arm. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible to the naked eye. The technique actually alters the nature of the user's chakra, effectively converting it into electricity. As a side effect of the conversion process, the large amount of chakra, and the speed at which the user moves, this technique makes a loud noise similar to the rattling white noise thats incredibly loud, hence the name (if the user is not in motion, it merely makes a electric crackling sound). Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and stabs their enemy with it. The amount of thrust combined with the large concentration of chakra allows the user to stab through almost anything; as such it is usually fatal to the enemy. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows their enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless, however this drawback can be avoided by using the Sharingan, or another kind of kekkei genkai that takes in each and every detail regardless how fast the user is moving.
Howaitonoizu Nagashi: One White Noise Current (Unknown Offensive/Defensive, Lightning)
A variation on a regular One Thousand Birds developed by Rayex during his two-and-a-half year training with Daaku, this jutsu allows Rayex to cover himself in electricity, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere, allowing Rayex to enhance his attacks with it. Because it is channeled throughout his entire body and not concentrated, the electricity will only cause temporary paralysis instead of killing an opponent. While this is not a problem in one-on-one battles, it does allow others to save their comrade if Rayex is outnumbered. Rayex can also channel the electricity through his Konoha Katana, increasing its overall strength and cutting power. (Father's jutsu)
Kage Bushin no Jutsu: Shadow Clone Jutsu (B-rank, Offensive/Defensive, Supplementary)-Copied-
Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.
Any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. It's also useful for training purposes, since the total amount of experience the user gains is multiplied by the total number of clones being used to train. Using it in this manner is far more difficult, however, since a large number of clones are needed to make a significant difference in the training time. It's unclear if other types of clones possess this advantage.
This technique is considered dangerous because of the manner in which the clones are created. Because the user divides their chakra among the clones, the user could potentially use up all their chakra fairly quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (Results in the mass shadow clone jutsu) The technique can also be dangerous if the user is injured or has some otherwise debilitating physical condition at the time of the cloning, since all of the clones will be created in roughly the same state.
Silver Palm Jutsu: (No rank, Kekkai Genkai, Supplementary)
A medical jutsu that infuses the users palms with silver flickering chakra capable of doing relieving the body of ailment while restoring chakra. Its only useful to those with the shirubaai kekkai genkai.
Summoning Technique; Dragon Summon: (B-rank, Supplementary)
The summoning jutsu that requires the user to sign a blood contract that binds you to the summoning creature. Kusuke entered this contract produced to him by his sensei, then capable of summoning Dragons.
Shikaze no Jutsu: Lightning Burst Jutsu (C-rank, Offensive, Lightning)
A incredibly powerful lightning jutsu only known by one other shinobi, Ichiru Kunokai, Rayex's step-uncle. This technique unleashes a massive burst of lightning from the user's mouth. Chakra is used as a conductor to channel lightning through the chakra points on the body, careful in its guidance, it is stored in the stomach and channeled up the right side of the body. Its a dangerous jutsu, as the lightning is close to touch the user's heart. This style is somewhat like the Hyuuga clan's rotation being that chakra is released from 50% of the chakra points on the body, 32 to be exact.
Vorpal Orb (A-rank, Offensive, Supplementary)
This jutsu requires no hand seals to perform. It gathers chakra into the hand that froms into a ball about the size of a softball. Rayex can use this jutsu many ways. He can either throw it at an enemy since it will follow an enemies chakra signature until it slams into them causing damage, or rush the opponent with it and cause damage the way the rasengan does with a spinning chakra effect. This is the signature attack move of his previous sensei Sanosuke Uchiha. (Sensei's Jutsu)
Raiton: Vorpal Orb (S-rank, Offensive, Lightning):
This technique combines Rayex's lightning and wind based chakra in combination with the vorpal orb. By doing so the attack is both sharped by the wind chakra enhancing its ability to pierce through matter. With the lightning as an additon it gives it the same properties and speed of rippling chakra making it light and maintaining speed. By far this jutsu is still in the pre-stages, about half way finished to be exact. Rayex is only able to maintain it for a set period of one minute being that the attack is still unstable and the manipulation is greater than the overall shape making it hard to maintain. Howaido Bunshin: Light Clone
Clone composed of light resembling that of the user which creates it. Much more formiddable than shadow clones whom when struck one decipate. Light clones are much more durable, they explode when hit hard enough blinding a foe temporarily. (Ayumi and Daaku's Jutsu)

Kanashibari no Jutsu: Paralysis jutsu (D-rank, Supplementary)
This jutsu paralyzes an opponent, leaving them open for attack.
Forbidden Jutsu:
Dancing Dragon Flame Jutsu: (A-rank, Offensive) The mighty twin dragon jutsu residing in purple flame first developed by Misha Kunokai, Rayex's mother. This explosive technique is used when completly overwhelmed and can blow back a mass number of enemy shinobi. Chakra is stored and built up in the chest and released all at once unleashing twin dragons of purple flame that wrap around an enemy. When Rayex used this jutsu on his teamate Ryoku for the first time he left him unable to move for several minutes nearly knocking the breath out of him.
Okanuza no Jutsu: (A-rank, Offensive) Shining Palm Jutsu The user's fingers are charged with intense amounts of chakra that flow through the fingers enough to be made visible but its charged slighly differently. In combination with fast physical reflexes the user repeatedly jabs the enemy in a similar motion as the Hyuugan clan only the attacks are a little more reckless and with the lack of byakuugan eyes the attacks won't be precise to match but perfect for stunning an enemy, but having a side effect of intense pain, paralysis and sometimes death. Not to mention the user feels a pretty sharp recoil from trying to maintain the chakra in sensitive spots such as the finger tips.
Yakuza Howaitonoizu Nirentotsu: Dual White Noise (Unknown, Offensive, Lightning)
The principle of the chidori still apply, this jutsu is a combination of two Howaitnoizu's merged together in one hand first thought of by Rayex when fightning Sano. After the Time Skip Rayex is capable of holding two chidori simultaneously in both hands, clasping them together and manipulting the shape and nature of the twin chidori are a result of the Yakuza being born without the need for a Bunshin type jutsu for assistance. The Yakuza's overall power hasn't been effectively measured to bestow upon a rank as of yet.
Youkai Giin: (Unknown) A one a day jutsu that requires 95% of the user's chakra. Chakra is accessed from every point of the body and gathered into one hand. It functions in different ways, at genin level and a certain chakra capacity, it explodes on the outer area of the flesh and ceases the excess chakra that doesn't fit the user's true chakra. When the chakra is much greater to say kage level, the orb of chakra becomes gray and five lights appear in the center. When thrusted into the flesh this time, the entire orb bonds with the flesh and sucks the chakra in along with it and the fingerprints left mark the Youkai Giin's seal. (Father's Jutsu)

A Variation of the Raiton: Vorpal Orb Rayex can shape it into a katana blade. A layer of lightning chakra is circulating on the outside. Its further properties have yet to be discovered. (Father's Jutsu)

The shukiri gekke is a chakra irregularity found in extremely isolated portion of the Uchiha Clan. This was a mutation in the chakra system that fills it with seven colored chakra, the way it develops is by a mix of different emotions. The first stage of the Shukiri Gekke is that the body has the feeling of the second chakra and burns a mark in the form of a windmill on the user's arm. The first chakra to surface is yellow chakra, this is the first surplus and one of the most unstable, its triggered by great pain and struggle. The second chakra is the green chakra, it is the second phase as the windmill mark expands and engulfs the right arm of the user. It is triggered by jealousy and envy and consumes the weilder with unbridled emotion. The third stage is the release of purple chakra, the mark then spreads across the user's torso and emits the purple glow. It is triggered grief, the feeling that you have failed someone and a helpless thought remains. The fourth stage is the release crimson chakra, the mark receeds down the user's leg and emits a crimson glow. Its triggered by intense levels of anger to match its power. The fifth stage is the release of white chakra, in which the the mark receeds to cover the user's other leg. Triggered by a sense of calm, when the weilder can see the light within their distorted emotion. The sixth stage is the release of black chakra, as the user has felt the calm and seen the goodness inside, their is also a darkened desire connceting them to the evil within. The marks cover the right arm and then scale up the neck. The seventh and final stage is when their is a union with all the chakra, all with the initial blue that everyone has. As they combine the user capable of using them all at the same time in one final assualt dubbed the "Rokirigan" When all chakra stages have been reached and sucessfully unlocked, is user can go in and out of each stage of chakra by wil. Choosing to meld them together to create new and refined jutsu for a new scale of manipulation of chakra. (Genetic irregularity that passes on to offspring)
Magen: Kyōten Chiten: (Kekkai Genkai, No Rank, Supplementary) Using the Shirubaai's -copying abilities, like Itatchi and Sasuke, Rayex can reverse any genjutsu back on its original user by copying it, overpowering it, and reflecting it. However, this same principle doesn't apply to genjutsu crafted by other kekkai genkai such as Daaku's and Ayumi's sukoku burrakai.
Sebun Daido Seal (Kekkai Genkai, No Rank, Supplementary): When Kusuke's body is completely overtaken by his chakra irregularity changing his body a spectrum of colors all synchronizing with his own. Rayex at this point has no type of consciousness, his will takes over causing his body to act on its own. All his jutsu used while completely overwhelmed may or may not be sucessful. As a similar instant, the appearace of the 4th Tomoe sharingan was a result of this chakra awakening. Its hard to describe the unknown effects, even now Kusuke doesn't really know how his irregularity works.
Bio:
-Early Childhood
Born in the land of fire, the village hidden in the leaves, Konoha was his home. His parents Rayex Kunokai and Ayumi Raito raised their first born son Kusuke. With a combination of a true Uchiha as well as a Raito, his eyes are birth were altered. Silver eyes gave birth to a new kekkai genkai known as the shirubaai belonging only to Kusuke as of now, being that he was gifted with both traits of his parents.
As he grew, he found it was interesting to learn about the world on his own. Sanosuke, his grandfather served to show him a more perverted side. He would on occassion wander into the womans bath by accident and they would smile upon having a young boy of about three with them. Ayumi was disapproving of her son becoming perverted like her father in Law Sanosuke so she took him under her close watch. Growing further Kusuke would indeed be an exceptional shinobi.
Under the watch of Rayex, Kusuke was learning about the aspects of his new dojutsu composed 50% of his father own eye trait. At the age of 6 he began to watch with great interest during demonstrations Rayex did of performing ninjutsu. The shirubaai could follow the movements a little as he only had one tomoe seal in each eye at the time. It memorized some of the basic jutsu such as Kawarimi (body switch) and the clone jutsu. Even though he could copy the techniques, his chakra control was under developed. In later years he would attend the academy to perfect his skills to further enhance his abilities.
When he started at the academy at the age of eight, he forseen as a prodigy in the making. Sano was supportive of his grandson even at Ayumi's expense. Through his classes he took the material into consideration, but his analytical prowess began to show itself. Often not, he would piss off the sensei teaching the class correcting him and giving him a better analysis. The class would laugh at the sensei, and Kusuke would usually get yelled at for such a trivial reason even though he was right. Catching his mother's attitude and temper he sighed at the fact that he was around idiots most of the time.
Within two years he graduated and became a genin at the age of ten. Placed in a team with an arrogant ego driven shinobi named Rion Hotsuke the air to the Hotsuke bloodline of the Hyoton. His long time rival and best friend. The other member was a beautiful young woman by the name of Amy Sakumo, she was exceptionally bright, but didn't have too much of an interest in Kusuke. Their team was a disfunctional one for a long while, during the chuunin exams they partook in a year later, the competion nearly wiped the floor with them being that they were lacking in teamwork. Eventually, they were forced to bond being trapped together in the forest of death for five straight days. Then came the day of the 3rd exam, Kusuke still despised Rion, Amy would try to split their focus and tell them to concentrate on the matches ahead. The could at least agree to disagree and put their bitter rivalry aside until the exams concluded.
At the age of twelve, Kusuke completed the Chuunin exams and everyone within his squad became Chuunin. Now on equivalent level they began to look at each other with open minds for the first time. Rion began to notice the strength of both his teamates Amy the medical-nin, and Kusuke the prodigy with stubborness to be the greatest shinobi to emerge out of Konoha since the Yondaime. Competitiveness broke out among the two of them, matching the vorpal orb against the rapid crusher in a devastating collision that was only equal in strength.
The years dragged on, it was in recent times that Kusuke was inagurated as a Jounin. His time now is consumed with running mission for the Hokage of the hidden twilight village
