I'm not sure that they'll release it here. While I'd love to have it, many people aren't going to waste their money on two games that they probably already own if they are buying KH3D. Japanese consumers are a lot different than other regions. Releasing a special edition of the game sounds much more reasonable to be honest.
Not saying we won't get it, but you have to think about it from a marketing standpoint.
Didn't Nomura already say in a famitsu interview that this box is strictly Japan-only?

I wonder if somebody already translated what the second AR Card does.
Not to mention that Nomura said they had no plans for any US bundle a couple months ago, given that a US release date wasn't even confirmed at that point, they probably didn't even start thinking about a bundle until that day was set. However, you are right that US gamers I feel are a bit more money savvy and won't go spending their money on a box where most of its price comes from two old games, one of those which has an Ultimate Hits case, not the first print, which is stupid because some collectors might want the first print (myself included).
I don't believe he ever said that, however, there were no overseas plans he stated in an interview, but that could have well changed by this time. Even if Nomura thought of bringing that box overseas, I see it very unlikely considering I don't think it would sell well. The limited edition 3DS has a much higher chance in my opinion.
I could live without the box of all three games. I already have days and Recoded and don't want to spend money on them again. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I just hope they release the DS, clear shell thing, and postcards in the US.
Honestly, I can't see this box ever coming here with Days and Re:coded in it. People were hardly pleased by Days, and people hate Re:coded for some reason. (I love the game and everything it did so I am biased xD) It would sell all of nothing.
I'd sooner expect a limited/special edition of KH3D in NA and PAL regions than that box. The box is gorgeous. I'd hope SENA and SE-EU releases the contents in the box in some way, though. Either by buying it from their online shop or in a special edition of KH3D.
