Well, it's just not a very smart business model. Exclusivity never is; show the most potential consumers your stuff-- Withholding for a long time only pisses people off.

I mean, we still haven't seen the Cable Town footage that was shown in private in December 2014, and we haven't seen the full opening cutscene of KH3 that was shown in November 2015. It sucks, but these fans did pay a premium price to go to D23, and were lucky enough to win a lottery giving them a chance to see this info. They paid, and they were lucky. I think that it is fair that they get some things just for them.

At least the KH3 trailers from all D23's have found their way online, even if there was an almost two month wait for one of them. We also don't know what will be kept exclusive. The English twitter account has hyped up Kingdom Hearts 3 news so it seems whatever they show for KH3 will be released to the public.

But this really shouldn't hurt anyone's experience with KH3. We are all getting the same game when it launches.
