Xehanort didn't throw Ansem in the RoD.

Clearly it was stated XEMAS threw Ansem in the realm of Nothingness. AtW said when he finally found out bout all the stuff Xehanort did they were already heartless/nobodies so when this scene was taken place AtW was stil alive

Ansem didn't die, he was banished to the Realm of Darkness by Xemnas but that isnt' the same as dying. Ansem the Wise is still alive in KH3D with Aqua.
