I just remembered a pretty significant fact about the battle....remember in the fight with xemnas....what was he wearing? ARMOR! not just any armor, but armor looking VERY close to TAV's gear. So do you think some of terra's memories of his lifestyle and stuff is starting to appear to xemnas?

And I had the same idea.
It's been said that Xemnas is more Terra-like than Ansem SoD.

Eh, I highly doubt it means anything. Like Ansem SoD and his many battles, I presume the armour/king/throne thing is just another one of the mini-battles that all factor into the big battle. And, to be honest, I don't see how his armour looks like TAV's.

Xemnas doesn't randomly pop into armor... So it has to have something to do with Terra's memories.

Seriously, Xemnas' armor is way too over the top.

Xemnas was originally supposed to be a very different battle. The boss was going to be called ""King" and instead of a Dragon, a colossus composed of Dark City skyscrapers was going to be its form.

The fact that he's on a throne and is adorned with much more "grand" looking armor tells me that this form is based on that same "King" feel that they wanted to give Xemnas in this fight.

Could it be retconned into a connection with TAV? Possibly, but I don't think had anything to do with Terra when KH2 came out.


Terra's armor is also still lingering in the Keyblade Graveyard.

I haven't heard it, but from observing both characters, Xemnas is closer to Terra (Terra's empty shell/the body held captive.) and Ansem SoD is closer to MX.

Yeah, Terranort locked/unlocked/something'ed his heart and sealed his memories.

When a nobody is formed it gets memories, but Ansem SoD had them too(didn't forget his Apprentice memories).


I'm guessing more of MX's memories stayed with the heartless and more of Terra's memories(since it was his body originally) started leaking into Xemnas.



Either way, the "MX" goal to acquire Kingdom Hearts ended up taking over his goal to find the Chamber of Awakening.

I recall Nomura saying that it was a hint of a possible connection to the armored figures.

Perhaps it's a Nobody-styled variation of Eraqus' armor, since Xehanort did, after all, have Eraqus' heart inside him.

parts of his armor are shown on his waistline, and for his shoes.....so people can kinda picture what he'd look like from that.....(I just noticed that his shoes are yellow, more like Terra's, and the plate on his waist is green.....s1eyeballs)

Well at the end their was another guy in armor, someone entirely new who looked a lot like the armored Xemnas form.

So the Unknown figure is a lot like Xemnas (ethernal blades/cloak), and now the same goes for this new guy... Coincidence... I think not.
