Why does everyone say Xehanort is 30, is it the white hair? I mean, Epcar could voice Terra and sound close to Xehanort, thus contradicting XH being 30.

Besides, isn't it possible Master Xehenort possess Terra (much like Xehenort's Heartless possess Riku), except Terra allows it.
He is still a suspect as is everyone else (Besides Aqua).

If u consider the kingdom hearts story it is most likely that after terra in the end fuses with MX in a desperate way to save the worlds from kingdom hearts causing him to wake up after using all his power to lose his memories probably slowly regaining them. Also he may hav fused with mx to also do something to ven explaining y roxas looks so much alike him

Unless somehow it was MX and DS that combine and somehow Terra's memories get in the fusion as well. But that's unlikely.

Well, look at Xemnas. It's hinted at that he has some (if not all) of Terra's memories, like:
-"Hello my goddess" to Aqua's armor
-Looking for his other god (Ven most likely)
-Memories shaping the Nobody
-Xemnas using armor in the Final Battle
But like I said, highly unlikely
You know Vanitas is probably 16-20 years old himself.

Yes there is a age difference, but a process that we are unaware of could change him in to Xehanort. He is still a suspect as is everyone else (Besides Aqua).
No he was the last one to show up. He came and the rest started acting up.

Unless he grows about a few feet in the span of one year (or maybe even less than that, seeing as how Xehanort is found right after BbS ends) I doubt he is, in anyway, Xehanort unless he used KH to grow taller/fuse with someone/was forced in fusion/something else.

And when was this Heart-Body-Soul thing started? cause I don't remember seeing any interviews about it..
I know Heart creates Heartless, Body creates Nobody, but when were Souls added to the equation?
