I've noticed that under some people's avatars they have an orange and blue bar (experience I think it's called?) I was just wondering what it is and how I would get some??

~ I looked through the FAQ section and couldn't find anything on this, hence why I am asking here

Members with 1000 posts or higher get it, and it goes up with posts, people posting in a thread you made, VMs, etc.

I think there's a thread about this in announcements, actually.
