I wonder, Xion started to remember her original self and when that happened she changed appearence. Is it possible that this cause her to look exactly like kairi?

If Xion is affected by Roxas and Sora's Memories, her "remembering" her "original self" is highly doubtful to downright unlikely.

I'm starting to lean toward DS being the final boss. Since SA said thatr Nomura said MX may not be as evil as he appears.

Well, MX not being evil hardly means TAV won't have a bone to pick with him, or that he isn't doing things that are harmful.
Arguably the Org weren't that evil, but lo and behold whom all the final Bosses in KH2 were.

I think there should be a battle between DS but not finally, maybe for the final battle it could be both DS and MX, but there is so much mystery behind DS he in interesting

Well if Terra, MX, DS or any combination of them is young Xehanort then she may have to fight him because he's evil. If she beat him so bad it caused hinm amnesia then that would explain why he can only remember the name Xehanort.

i think Aqua might fight Maleficent, or after Ven fights DS, DS weakens into one of his final forms and Ven is knocked out so Aqua fights DS.

i think Aqua might fight Maleficent

This. Maleficent is portrayed so far to be a sort of a third side of the main antagonists here, and we already know that not only is she capable with some boosts, but that Aqua fights her along the way.
Rehashed battle? Possibly, but then again Sora fought Maleficent too... and we had to fight Xemnas for like four times before he finally died, so...

I almost thought you said that Aqua was Young Xehanort.
