I really started to take a close look there and he started to seem really familiar (character-wise).

If you look at the shape the hood is, it looks kind of like the shape of axel's hair but sizewise i cant decide if its too small to fit his hair.

In CoM you see the EM and Axel together and then Axel fights him so i don't think Axel is the EM!!!!!!!!!!!!

The EM is the name for the Organization Member that you fight in Hollow Bastion, and we are guessing that that same Org. Member is the one pictured in this artwork. But what if it isn't??
You people are all wrong. (the ones saying the hooded Unknown is CoM was Vexen or the EM).
That Unknown is Marulxia. The D-Report confirms this.
And that official pic of that Unknown is the EM. And the EM is not Axel or Xaldin or any Unknown from CoM.
Axel's arms are too skinny to be the EM and it reflects on his Unknown Coat which has skinny arms too.
Zexion was wayyyyyyyyyyyy to easily defeated to be the EM who was the hardest boss in FM (stronger than Seph in many people's opinions)
And the other Unknowns use other weapons other than the EM's beam sword.
Plus if Axel or Xaldin was the EM then it would have been revealed by now and they would be a lot bigger Unknowns than what they already are.
And Axel's face could be a recycled old face of the EM:
The EM was never shown unhooded and that is the closest pic that you can see his face...but that was made after FM. So they could have changed his face since then and gave the old face to Axel.
It's like the BHK. He didn't have a definite face in DD/ASAS so you can only see his mouth (and maybe his nose...id remember). But you see he has a face now and if you've noticed its been like....2-3 years between DD and his CoM face. He could have been on the drawing board ever since getting a real face like Sora.

I agree with you KL and im still rooting for EM being a new Org Member because its the most probable.
He was in Final Mix, so how can he be a new Organization member, for he was the 1st one to ever be seen.
Well a new one, as in a new face, but not necessarily NEW. Hes just unknown for now. All we know is his weapons and where we first saw him.
