Well since I'm binging this franchise before Disney cans it for good...

EUybTyHWoAA96Tu.jpg

Name: The Eborsisk
World: Nockmaar
Location: Tir Asleen Castle
Film: Willow
Party: Willow
Music: The Corrupted

This battle is a bit like a cross between Dragon Maleficent & Cerberus, a 2 headed dragon that can breathe fire. The site of the battle is crucial as it provides ramparts that makes it easier to attack the heads directly. Attack the body on the ground level can immobilize it for a while won't lose HP.

Name: General Kael
World: Nockmaar
Location: Nockmaar Fortress
Film: Willow
Party: N/A
Music: Vim & Vigor

So there's a catch with this fight, Sora's been turned into a pig along with the rest of the good guys. While this spell is eventually reversed by Sorceress Fin Raziel, Sora wasn't going to wait that long & just charged at Kael anyway, keyblade in mouth. As such, Pig Sora plays sorta like Lion Sora, but slower & way less agile. He's also only has basic spells & items for usable abilities.

Past that, there isn't much to say of his attacks beyond the obvious, he has a sword, he attacks with said sword. For the 1st half of the fight Kael is fighting on horseback & half of the damage he takes is redirected to the horse. When the horse's HP is depleted, Kael is knocked off of it & resumes fighting on foot, where he can be more easily damaged. If is how nerfed Sora is in this fight that makes him a bigger threat.

Queen-Bavmorda.jpg

Name: Queen Bavmorda
World: Nockmaar
Location: Ritual Chamber
Film: Willow
Party: Willow & Fin Raziel
Music: Squirming Evil

The big bad of the world, Bavomorda has a wide range of different spells she casts in battle. She's also virtually immune to all magic that Sora can cast though Willow's & Fin's magic will still hurt her.

Attacks:

-Telekinesis. Lifts a party member & throws them into spike traps. There's a vfx so the player can see it coming & dodge it.

-Engulf. Casts fire that causes a lengthy burning damage.

-Lightning bolts. Shoots some quick sparks from her fingertips.

-Shockwave. An AoE knockpack attack if the player combos for too long. It's best to take a hit & run strategy with her.

-Toad. The frog status effect from FF shows up here. Sora loses all abilities except for a weak 1 hit attack. Willow and Fin can reverse the spell if they're not KO'ed or too busy fighting.

You know these are all very good suggestions, but what about Sheldgoose?
1691355553412.png1691355565842.png
(I'm probably the only one here who has seen the legend of the 3 caballeros, and that makes me sad. It's a pretty solid mini series, even has the phenomenal Grey Delisle as a main character!)
Name: Baron Von Sheldgoose
World: New Quackmore institute (or wherever honestly, Unreality as dumb as it sounds might make this viable)
Location: Beneath Sheldgoose manor
Film: The Legend of the Three Caballeros
Party: Xandra, Goddess of adventure
Battle Music: Vim and Vigor

Alright, so a brief rundown on the 3 Cabs is in order. Originally created during World War II as a goodwill message to South America and encourage them to join the allies against the Nazi regime, they're a series of shorts that are primarily set in South America. New characters like Panchito Pistoles and Jose Carioca are introduced to star alongside Donald Duck as he explores parts of their culture. Flash forward to 2018 a series is made with some of the established lore of the original 1940s cartoons (Such as Donald's birthday being Friday the 13th) carrying over with Donald and co. exploring parts of the real world via a magical Atlas.
That explanation was a bit too long, I apologize. Anyways because we don't know much about "unreality" its easy to just say that Sora will likely pull a DDD and encounter people he's met before, but they don't recognize him because different universes and junk. In this world, he runs into Donald, Jose and Panchito just as they're about to storm Sheldgoose manor, as the latter has been teaming up with his ancestor Lord Felldrake to destroy the world in classic KH 1 form. As Felldrake is regaining his true form, he sends a magic-enhanched Sheldgoose and his loyal monkey-bat-donkey-rat Leopold to stall the heroes.

During this fight Sora is assisted by Xandra, the goddess of adventure, armed with a bow and infinite light arrows, she's also capable of opening zoom points (basically portals through space, but NOT time) to summon allies that can turn the tide in battle

1691356618760.png

As for Sheldgoose, he rides around on Leopold, a chimera that's assisted Felldrake in the past and is intensely loyal to him. With large Bat Wings he's a fast mount for his size, though not that intelligent
1691356792062.png
Attacks:

-Dark Thundaga: Sheldgoose launches a dark thunderbolt from his fingers at the party, causing paralysis if it lands.

-Zoom Point: By and large the main gimmick of this fight. See, Sheldgoose is a coward and would rather delegate the responsibilities of the fight to others, which he does by summoning some of the cab's enemies that they fought on their journey. While it might be a bit much for the team to animate a lot of the interesting foes (especially a wave of sentient lava lizards) let's just take a page from the spellican's tome and have him summon heartless from other worlds to do battle with them instead.
-Monkey Mayhem
1691357407382.png1691357439284.png1691357459060.png
Sheldgoose shouts "How about we put an end to this monkey business?" and opens a zoom point
Pulling from whatever world has a jungle in it, a pack of powerwilds poor out of the portal with a few Wild Shamans and Shamans appearing as well. These scrappy simians clamber up the walls and hock coconuts at the party while the shamans pelt you with curses. Just fight them as always, then you'll be good.

-Demon Tide
Further on, sheldgoose shouts "How about I wash you away with the tide?" and from the zoom point the wretched Demon Tide arrives on the scene
1691357712215.png
Fundamentally, it's the same as KH 3's tides, however Sora can call on Xandra to nail the core with light arrows, allowing him to get in a few good hits.

-Dark Hide
"There's nowhere to run, and nowhere to Dark Hide!
The final zoom point is opened, and a creature that Sora has never seen before lunges out, coating the area in darkness, longtime fans of the series know this heartless though, as the Dark Hide!
1691357911678.png
Again, same battle strategy is employed as when Aqua fought it, though you can't just mine square this bad dog away.

After 3 zoom points, Sheldgoose lures the heroes deeper into the lair, but not before Xandra clips Leopold's wings with a well aimed light arrow. Forced to stand and fight, Sheldgoose and Leopold turn to the party.

-Wing attack: A 60 base power move where Leopold strikes Sora and co. with widespread wings, (oops, wrong series). This attack cannot be blocked.

-Sheldgoose lariat: An earlier episode in the series revealed that Sheldgoose is a wrestling champion, and as such he can throw hands with the warrior of light with underhanded tactics like punches and lariats.

After besting the bloated bird. Leopold clumsily picks up Sheldgoose and flies off, a fight begins with Lord Felldrake (more on that later) but right before that Sora gets the birds of a feather keychain.

Not the most inspired boss design, more like something cut from a fanfic I'm too lazy to write...

Ifalna_from_FFVII_Remake_render.jpeg

Name: Ifalna's Nobody
World: Radiant Garden
Location: Streets and Castle – Underground facility
Game: Final Fantasy VII
Player character: Xehanort the Apprentice
Battle Music: Dismiss (Birth by Sleep)

1692052670655.png

A little story context:

Set possibly in a game about Xehanort after BBS and the origin story of Organization XIII, so this would be the boss at the end of the prologue.

The boss segment takes places at the time of the KH2 flashback where Ansem the Wise forbids Xehanort to continue his research. Xehanort storms out of the Castle, furious. It’s the middle of the night. Climbing down the stairs, he ponders whether it’s time to try and get rid of his limited “mentor”. He stops short when something strange catches his eye. A portal of what seems to be darkness has opened down below and a woman steps out. A woman he thought he’d never see again.

Weeks ago, as he’d just recovered his ability to summon a Keyblade—thanks to experiments on his memory—he had decided to test his theory about the Keyblade having the power to separate heart from body. Ansem having been reluctant to entertain the very idea of extracting the heart of a person, Xehanort had “experimented” on his own, ambushing the Castle Clinic’s apothecary, Ifalna, as she was closing shop, alone. Her body had dissolved before his eyes and Xehanort had successfully captured the Heartless that had spawned in the corridors shortly after.

So how was she alive now? Was this really her or just a ghost?

He follows the woman into Castle Town. She enters the house above the flower shop, and Xehanort hears her from the open window upstairs, as she wakes up a little girl to warn her about a great darkness coming. She gives the child instructions to escape, and says goodbye to her, claiming she is just a shadow but that she would always be with her, in her heart.

Then she leaves and heads to the castle gardens. Just when Xehanort is about to confront her, the woman stops and turns around, facing him.

She tells him she is Ifalna’s body left behind when he took her heart. She woke up at a train station in another world, a world of perpetual twilight, with little sense of self or purpose save for the memory of what he did and the need to protect her daughter from him. She lectures him about his pursuits, with words that hint at schemes broader than what Xehanort can remember at this point, which only fuels his desire to get to the bottom of light and darkness.

Ifalna’s Nobody opens a portal and steps in. Xehanort manages to jump in before it closes.

Phase 1: Chase Ifalna’s Nobody.

In the corridor of darkness, Shadows and Dusks gather, blocking your way as Ifalna opens another portal back into the Castle. The more time you spend in the corridor, the more darkness seeps into your heart, lowering your HP, but charging dark magic.

CorridorOfDarknessFightKH2.jpg

The portal is left open and you can dash after her, into the secret lab under construction. Dusks get in the way. You can hit Ifalna only with long range dark magic. She stumbles and keeps going.

Phase 2: The secret room – Chains

1692053317102.png
PinkShadowHeartless.jpg

You get to a room where a big Shadow Heartless is held captive with magical chains.

Ifalna summons a mage staff and starts attacking the chains to free the Heartless. She does not attack Xehanort directly, just dodges, deflects and counter-attacks. Each blow to the chains depletes Xehanort’s MP gauge.

When the MP gauge reaches zero, the chains dissolve and the Heartless is freed.

Phase 3: The secret room – Heartless & Nobody

Both Ifalna’s Nobody and Heartless attack Xehanort.

The Heartless mostly behaves like a regular shadow and isn’t difficult to defeat, though it has more HP than base Shadows.

Heartless Skillset
  • Left Claw
  • Right Claw
  • Pounce Claw
  • Merge into the floor

Ifalna’s Nobody fights using both powerful magic and physical attacks with her staff. When her HP hits specific marks (50%, 25%, 5%) she teleports to the other side of the room to heal herself.

Ifalna's Skillset

Physical:
  • Spinning Slash
skill-spinning-slash-dragon-halberd-elden-ring-wiki-480px.gif

Magic from KH:

1692054875131.png
  • Thundara
  • Void Faith (non-elemental version of Holy)
  • Curaga
From FFVIIR Aerith's skillset
1692054552972.png
  • False Light (Long-range magical attack); Tempest: Long-range magical attacks
  • Soul Drain (drains MP): Attack that absorbs MP
  • Sorcerous Storm / Ray of Judgement (to tweak the visual effects of Void Faith): Deals magic damage if you are too close.
  • Lustrous Shield: Magical shield that keeps enemies at bay and stops projectiles.
1692054699781.png
Victory:

When defeated, Ifalna’s Nobody fades, holding Xehanort’s gaze. Her parting words, “There’s more to light than meets the eye.”

Xehanort is upset that he lost his test subject, but his mind reels with everything he's learned from the encounter. The possibilities!

A couple floors up, Ifalna is recompleted in the corridor where she’d lost her heart. She wakes, badly shaken by the fight, but she marvels at the fact that her heart has returned and she is whole again.

“How is this possible?” she wonders aloud.

“I was asking myself the same thing,” Xehanort says behind her back.

As she turns around, he lifts his Keyblade and kills her for good.

...

Or Phase 4: Recompleted Ifalna :p

Been a while.

SrE2q6s.png

Name: Constantine, the world's most dangerous frog
World: European Tour
Origin: Muppets Most Wanted
Location: Wedding chapel
Player's party: Muppetified SDG, Kermit & Miss Piggy
Music: Vim & Vigor

Even if you've never seen MMW, chances are you've seen him before...

K9zJNTh.png

Yep, he's THAT guy.

While I had Sora remain in human form in the Muppets Treasure Island world because he was taking Jim Hawkings place, where he's been fully muppetfied & filling Walter's role.

Attacks:

iJuJzV3.png

-Frog fu. Uses his natural agility & leaping prowess to stay on the move, relying on hit-&-run tactics on Sora. Airstep is practically required just to get close enough to hit him. Thunder is also effective at hurting him when he's at a distance.

-Light the lights. Constantine has bombs hidden all over the room & will detonate one when Sora is close to it. The player can tell if they're close to one by the ticking sound coming out of the dualsense's speaker.

FhLdyKw.png

-Jaws Out Brawl. Sometimes, instead of leaping forward with a strike, he'll try to grab a party member & chomp them with his big metal grin. This is telegraphed by him taking a second to wind up before jumping.

-Bite back. At high enough revenge value, Constantine retaliates with his steel teeth that inflict heavy damage.

Reaction command: Heroic rope swing. When Constantine's HP is depleted (only a few bars) a moment of confusion will happen where Kermit & Constantine argue & both try to convince Miss Piggy they're the real Kermit. Sora must swing onto the scene, grabbing Constantine & throwing him into a net Animal had set up. Constantine will escape by using his teeth but a "Captured" meter will fill up a ways. Doing this 3 times over is what ends the fight.

Phase 2: Helicopter

Location: Chapel rooftop
Party: SDG with Kermit
Music: Desire For All That is Lost

Constantine has Miss Piggy hostage & trying to escape in his helicopter.

Reaction commands: Come help!, Muppet Ladder. At the very beginning of the fight, Constantine will be attempting to flee. The player has about 20 seconds to run around the rooftop to run to each muppet, getting them to follow Sora with the triangle button, & then having them form a ladder to stop the copter before it fully takes off. Then Sora can wall run up the ladder & combo Constantine, which brings the heli back down. It is at this point he chooses to stay & fight. This whole sequence will repeat at least one more time.

Attacks:

-Flintshot: Fires a bullet from his flintlock pistol.

-Copter chopper. The helicopter leans forward & attacks with it's rotary blades.

-More bombs. Throws out a time bomb that explodes a second after landing. At lower HP, he starts throwing a bunch of them at once.
