Look it up. It is a Thundaga with Poison and other status effects. Plus it looks awesome

If I remember correctly, all you have to do is fuse a thundaga materia with a status-effect materia. I know that it also works with the darkness materia, but you might as well just use a useless status-effect materia.

I think it's Soul of Thamasa or one of those Genji items or one of those suit power up things.

That's how I got mine. I was just messing about with combinations.

they say leveling up is random but all i gotta say is bs lol. i left my psp running on the 200shinra troops missions and come back and see i didnt level up once

I think getting SP instigates the chance of levelling up. It doesn't give you levels directly.
