Could the Mad Doctor from Epic Mickey fit in?

Guy is obsessed with Hearts, I think he could provide the same role Pete did in KH2.

He'd be more directly based on the cartoon version, not so much Epic Mickey. The hearts obsession seemed to have been invented for EM.

There is a possibility, but maybe not Epic Mickey's persona of him. Would love to see Oslwad too.

Pretty sure Master Xehanort was inspired by The Mad Doctor just like Sora was inspired by Mickey: take a look for yourself...

I wouldn't mind this tbh. If they could make him work in Halloween Town then I'd be thrilled, but I can also see him as a minor Disney antagonist working under Maleficent (on another note they should bring this back).
