On the topic of Xion being playable... the answer is no.

In the screenshots she's shown as P2, but the game is in single player mode. It's just like in the missions where Axel helps out on the way to Twilight Town or Xaldin in the Beast's Castle. She's on your team as P2, but she isn't controllable.

Maybe after the game you could unlock her in multiplayer mode or something, but she isn't playable initially.

No, I'm almost positive that Nomura stated that Xion would not be playable at all.

If you look at the part when Riku and Roxas pass each other, you can see the handle of Kingdom Key. It's hard to see, but there nonetheless.

What am I looking at? The thing circled looks like part of the background. Are you suggesting that Roxas was holding the inverse KK? It'd be impossible, he's holding the Oblivion with his right hand, the circled object is also on the right.

Did he do this in the cutscene in KH2? 'Cause if not, than the whole Inverse KK wielding must have been scrapped, right?

Yup, the view of the camera is facing downwards. It's behind Riku as he's going down the tower (with Oblivion in his hand), while you can see the inverse IKK in Roxas's hand as he's running up. You can see the IKK somewhat clearly in the other two pics.

From what I've seen, I don't think she looks playable, just analyzing it carefully. But that's all I know for now. I wonder if she'll be in multiplayer mode though...

That screenshot is from Single Player (the Player number is visible in both SP and MP modes).
But that isn't to say Xion isn't playable.
