you need to experiment with brushes and actually making a sig, this is a small unattractive wallpaper. try finding some good brushes and tutorials on the program you are using.

Try adding different effects to create some flow.

The text is bad and should be taken out.

It's a start, though.

I find the backround very boring. It needs more effects to make it interesting. And mabey try to use a different type of text.
