yeah, it's just a term referring to how everyone is chasing something or someone in this game.
similarly to how the "lost two" refers to MX and Vanitas' disappearances (the inciting incident of the game)

Technically, the term could relate to TAV, but its not really a title, so much as what happens. Aqua chases after Terra and Ventus, who is chasing the latter, who is chasing Xehanort, who is chasing his ambitions to restart the Keyblade War.

They even drop the line with Maleficent. "Wasn't there someone you needed to chase?"

This game has given KH a more serious outlook so i hope the other KH games are like this, and KH3 awesome/has to be perfect.

But if you wanna, Aqua chases Ven, Ven chases Terra, Terra chases Vanitas/MX, MX chases the X-Blade/Kingdom Hearts, Maleficent chases the princesses of hearts etc.

Yeah, it's pretty much what this guy said. Aqua chases Ven who chases Terra who is chasing MX who is chasing whatever it takes to start and win a Keyblade war with Kingdom Hearts and the X-Blade. However, Nomura could recycle this term for a later game for a new enemy or a name for the Keyblade Wielders who fought in the Keyblade War. But for now, the word "Chaser" has yet to be used in the KH universe as anything but a concept.
