Personally I think this makes sense. The main issue with this theory is that how is Xion Kairi's nobody and Namine isn't. Yes, Ansem The Wise and Riku said that she was, but they don't have to be correct. They could just think/assume that Namine is her nobody. I know what makes it seem so much like its her nobody is when they fused at the end, I think that Namine is just pure nothingness created by Kairi(said in theory) and simply faded away after the fusion, where she believed that she was Kairi's nobody maybe she was lying to herself to forget the fact that she was just nothingness(not even a body/soul/heart). What makes me think that is how Namine is sometimes seen as transparent(the people in Twilight Town said that she was a "ghost") plus she has her own unique name unlike Roxas. Xion though is not an anagram of "Kairi" either so how does she even relate to Kairi? Well, in screenshots the dialogue teases with Namine and Riku talking about her in a way that relates her to Kairi. In the end, I like this theory very much, so good job with coming up with it.
