I hate being 'tall'. I am around 5'7" and people keep saying that I'm tall. Well, that's just according to people around here. Back in Virginia, there were a lot taller people than me. It was mostly African Americans or Whites that we're the tall ones. And, the tallest person in my family is 6'8" and that's my Uncle Garland. I am also 184 ilbs last time I checked. How can I lost weight? And, what weight should I be at?
I also have a dog and a cat. My dog just got neutered, so he can't do that much walking. I have a gym at my college. I'm thinking about going there to try to lose weight. But, how can I?
