I have a question and need answers: So what’s a good way to get things out of your mind before you go to sleep? Or how do you FALL asleep? I’ve tried thinking of good thoughts and counting "sheeps" but they don’t really work. I have a hard time sleeping and then I see some kind of horror movie (and it won't go away for days and creeps in my mind) and it still creeps in my mind. Just so you know I had a bad past with horror movies (so I won't explain anymore further other then that). I feel as if I need some kind of psychological treatment or something. Any suggestions? Any advice? Close your eyes and count sheeps has been there, done that. Just FYI.
