well when xehanort accepted darkness he became xemnas and his heartless they were somewhat different in looks but sora didnt look different when he became a heartless and became human again when roxas was born how come?

2. Roxas does look like Sora. They used the KH1 face of Sora, and gave him blonde hair. Then they manipulated his face differently than Sora's.

Now if you're asking why Sora didn't become a "human" heartless like Xehanort. He didn't because he was the nothingness personified. Look it's like this. When you lose your heart, the darkness within it becomes a heartless, and your heart disappears into nothingness. At the same time your soul and body seep into nothingness leaving behind a shell of what you used to be. Thus a nobody. Now Sora wasn't anything anymore. He wasn't a Nobody. He technically didn't have a heart, and technically he wasn't a heartless. So I believe he was the "nothingness personified". Since he didn't have the requirements to be ANYTHING, he had to be something if you still see him there, so he can only be nothing. And nothing is a big difference from nobody. Lacking a Heart, Soul, and Body, his will pressed on knowing that he had to defeat "Ansem"

its kinda strange though that in kh c.o.m one member of the org. said that the superior which is xemnas was the first to regain his human form after being turned into a heartless like sora did in kh1.(spoiler alert)

When a person with a strong heart becomes a heartless, a nobody is created. Really strong hearts will create human form nobodies. That's what happened to Sora.
But with Xehanort, it was different. His heart was overcome by darkness. Though it was strong, it was the strenth of darkness. He lost his heart because of the darkness and so instead of his heart being his human form, his heartless is. Sora's heart was his human form.
