I think the only absolute thing we can take from the Secret Ending is this:
Something will be released that recaps the series. This will prepare you for KH3.

but whatever that is, is unknown
hopefully an HD collection
probably something stupid

CoM/Days are KHs 1.5/1.7, while Days/coded/3D are KHs 2.5/2.7/2.9, they have KH0.1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9.

It's not entirely out of the question to ave the older games with the new one. The PS3 version of AC: Revelations CE included a digital copy of the first game.
