Vincent vs Xigbar

Ok would win Vincent Valentine or Xigbar, their both amazing characters.
I can't make up my mind who would win, but I think that Xigar would win.

Xigbar can teleport around. PLUS, he can also shoot those ridiculously big gunshots (or laserbeams) that go all over the battlefield.

Psh. Vincent would sooooo PWN Xigbar. I mean, He's faster, can transform, has Jenova cells, and is just more badass. ^_^

Vincent is much more skilled then Xigbar. His shots are more precise and his abilities surpasses Xigbar's abilities. He would annihilate Xigbar in a matter of seconds.
