Soul + body - heart = Nobody
Soul - Body - heart = Heartless
heart + body - soul = ??
heart+soul+body= Whole

So I think Ven is some other form of Sora.

Ven is his own person. His name is similar to Sora's and he has some relations, but he is his own person. He is original, but he also appeared in the past and was one of the Keyblade warriors that Xigbar talked about. Just look at the Final Mix+ Zexion and Xigbar special talk, it reveals a lot, although its after the cutscene in which Xemnas walks down that secret path.

Only one thing wrong with your theory:

1. Body-Soul=Dead
2. The secret Ending takes place before KH1.
3. If you're referring to "The third enemy", that was nobodies
4. If there was another form, it would have been in KH2, seeing as how that was the point of KH2.

Other than those four things, your theory is...disproven.
