in the bbs secret movie we see at the end that terras eyes go yellow. and many believe that terra is xehanort. and we know that xehanort discovered the heartless. maybe its just another clue towards that theory. just a thought. and probably nothing.

Yellow/Orange eyes = being too close to darkness.
So, I'd assume that Terra's eyes changing colour was him calling on dark powers he had (many link this to Fatal Mode).

But yes, all of TAV have blue eyes, as do Roxas, Nami, Kairi and Sora. (Don't know about Xion or DS though)

Actually blue eyes are quite common, though I do believe that blue eyed and green eyed characters are generally the representation of good for the most part :3
