ah sorry for the delay on this, but absolutely, we'd love to have you! for the roleplay, we kinda just skipped the whole "character profile" thing and jumped right in writing. let us know if you wanna join! i think we'd love more reapers, but we can make room for a player if that's what you're thinking!

In general, her attitude makes her a seemingly easy personality to get along with, but even if she can call any fellow reapers acquaintances, Kam is still resistant to the limitations of other’s with dissimilar views and goals. She's even more resistant to getting too attached. It's easier that way.
It’s safe to say she has a serious lack of motivation–a lack of faith–for anything that does not concern her well-being or her interests; it’s no wonder she has a strong dislike for dire situations. Anything that throws off her sense of peace is a killer mood-breaker for her. Yet, ever hard to anger, it’s nearly impossible to get her riled to a frenzy. If you manage to shake her voice out of its usual monotone timbre, congratulations–you’re one of the rare few. But seriously: Avoid getting on Kam's "You're Deader Than Dead to Me" shit list. Born Kamiya Maria Shikishima to humble man Koji Shikishima and Christian missionary Maria Greene, the family established a faithful, yet small following in the outskirts of Shibuya, and with the building of that following beget the establishment of a small church, all while Kam was still a child. Of course, everyone praised Koji Shikishima. A great man sent by God to do great things, many things. So, of course, people were often surprised to discover the otherwise deviant manner in which Koji’s young child managed herself. To be honest, Kam wasn’t too strict about the religious scene as her prudish father, every so often sneaking out of lessons and sermons for alternative fun with the other children…But. Hell, it did give her something to hold on to, some hope, some faith. And she couldn’t completely rebel against her father even if she tried. Because she loved her father; everyone loved her father. Everyone said her father was a great man sent by God.
So of course his followers would obey their leader when instructed to drink the "holy" concoction in the name of war against a sinful world.
Days later, new stations would report the poisonous cocktail led to the deaths of all 88 lives in the congregation, including the deranged cult leader and his wife and thirteen year old daughter. It's a fact that still quietly disturbs the in-denial Kam, that her father, the man who all his life worked to help his people, would be known to the world as a "cult leader", a mad man.
It's rumored that as a Player, Kam's partner betrayed her trust when they won the Game, taking advantage of her kind nature and leading her to believe that they both would make it out alive should they partner up. Unfortunately, when the final day arrived and the points were tallied, her partner's true intentions became clear: he was working against his partner the entire time. According to the player, he was just doing what his partner before him did, and advised Kam to do the same in her next Game.
Rather than follow that bullshit, Kam decided to become a Reaper, and has since worked her way up to Officer status. All in all, the Reaper afterlife hasn't been too bad. When she's not on the clock, she's doing the things she could only dream of as a child - she's even trying to start her own rock band on the side, something teenager Kamiya would've only dreamed about doing.

- Of European and Japanese descent. (European mother, Japanese father). Fluent in English in addition to native fluency in Japanese.
- Her last name, Shikishima, takes after the name of a Japanese battleship class.

Paper Manipulation[Rien] - It's proper name is called "Splinters". Rien commands a powerful mastery over both the generation and manipulation of paper as a hybrid technique. He is able to actively change the composition, weight, and density of his entire body to paper and its pure and impure forms. Upon touching a surface, he is able to transmute that surface's composition and break it down, converting it into paper as well. This is often used to collapse an enclosed space and sink rivals and enemies below the surface. His touch can affect surfaces connected to any one of his limbs up to a maximum range of about 12 meters. The paper can be sharpened and given cutting properties equivalent to that of sword powered by a current of sorts.
To any of you science nerds out there, it should be understood that there multiple different types of paper as well as the ability to shift compositions based on purity and impurities. When necessary, Rien can change his composition to become as tough as carbon fiber and as light and papyrus parchment. The "Paper Shield" is a common defensive move he employs to stop thrusting, piercing, and bludgeoning types of force. He will typically employ moving paper cranes as both a means to carry smaller objects, to do reconnaissance work, or even to attack. He has a maximum control range of roughly 100 meters that his paper can travel, before dropping from the sky out of his active range of control.
Red Luminous[Vandiken] - Van has an odd obsession with Red filters and red light. In so many words, Van can generate and solidify red-colored constructs and control them. He can actually pull a solid object from ANY surface that has this color, so long as its in broad day light or within a dome of red light he can create manually. He has with him, sort of a "battery effect" meaning when he's in perpetual darkness, there is a limit to how much light he can discharge and generate in order to create red-colored objects. He cannot pull constructs from red objects in the darkness of night, artificial light sources however can be used.
Ganju Ganju Pole[Dexter] - Possessing properties of elasticity meaning it can be stretched, and capable to resuming it's original state easily. It's maximum range currently is about 15 meters, this will increase as the psyche becomes more effective. It also has a property of stickiness, it can attach to surfaces with a tight hold, Dexter can use this to save herself from falling off buildings and use the elasticity to descend slower and safely. This can also be used to bind enemies or even save allies from an area of effect attack where they lack the mobility to evade. Overall, GG is ultimately a tool to support both herself and her allies, it's got very low actual combat potential, she has decent pole training, but thats about it. Lastly the GG is an insulator, it can safely absorb both heat and sound in the form of projectiles and safely discharge both from the opposite end of the pole. This can be used to redirect that which is discharged back at a foe.

Lackadaisical and easy-going. Very very unreliable completely on the surface, will let you down nearly every-time. Nothing is more important than survival however. As circumstances change, so will his person drastically see almost unpredictable shifts and he will act completely out of his normal character. In most situations he is usually the one that is least worried, completely calm, and adjust as if nonchalance were the same as swiftness. A keen eye for observation and the cognition and quick senses to act and react on a whim. He's the least dangerous, but is not armed without his rapier wit here and there. He is a selfish young man that safeguards and prioritizes his life and survival before others, to threaten this philosophy is a trigger that induces a drastic change in both behavior, speech, thought process, and his actions. He's hardly disconnected from his emotions, you just have to press the right triggers, do some threatening, and even he'll show them to you...but theres a reason that they're concealed to begin with.
Van has a collection of emotions that one could rightly argue are as vast as they are strong. Aside from being empathetically competent he can be a very reserved individual and in light of the situation quickly work. He's a genius, his IQ when he was last clocked was staggering, potentially it increased with the loss of useless memories that hindered his thinking process. Mentally though he is sharp, Van is has been diagnosed in a DM IV scan (brain scan) to have a personality disorder similar to that in nature of a Schizotypal, this genuinely means he's convinced to some degree that the outside world is very hostile and often in a pattern of thinking that "everyone's out to get him." Trust isn't impossible for Van, but his family isn't worth trusting since their all noise now, that much he saw to.
Dexter is a real go-getter in every sense of the word. With an unbridled eagerness and sense of "living in the moment" she's often detached from problems that plague everyday folk. It's rare that she worries about whats going to happen beyond what is happening at the present time. She's very much of the camp of "just getting it done" and stopping at nothing to accomplish whatever the goal, task, or mission is at the present. If nothing more, Dexter is far from shy or coy, she's quite confident for someone that missed the mark in life and wound up dead.

- -"TheLOL_Flashlight", "Irukandji" and "IntagonistSix" are all codenames issued to Rien, Van, and Dex by R.3.M.
- -The three of them are originally from a different plane of existence entirely known as "The Negative District"
- -Upon winning the previous Cycle, Rien became the next R.3.M. and granted himself, Van, and Dex the power to scale their individual Vibes in order to travel in between planes and leave the negative district behind.
- Despite not being as ambitious as Vandiken, Rien has already managed to pull ahead of his counterpart on two occasions when a promotion was on the line.

As far as Rindo and crew joining in, I'm hesitant towards that idea since I still haven't bought Neo Twewy yet. I've been considering it more and more BECAUSE of this Roleplay (not that I haven't been wanting to play it anyway, just not sure I should spend the money yet). OG crew I have no reservations about though if anyone were to cameo, I know the original game inside and out haha.
Also, I just read all of the bios you guys posted! They look great, all of the Reapers are really well-thought out and I love any personalities and backstories you guys have chosen to share so far. Definitely makes me want to get something up for Jin so you guys can get to know him better.
I think I'm going to try and get my post up in the next half hour or so while I have a break at work, and Jin is gonna drop some team name ideas in the post. DON'T expect them to be good
