Kind of find it an inconvenience every VA we've found doesn't have any type of connection to deconfirm it themselves.

Wow....That doesn't even sound close to Terra from that clip/reel.

He did play Prince Phillip once, so there's the Disney connection. And he's apparently provided "additional voices" for Final Fantasy XIII, too.

And he seems to have a Facebook.

I actually think thats a good guess his vocal range could fit from his performance in Soul Calibur, and Bleach.

Ya know this Jeff Bennett stuff, when i compare it to the E3 trailer about 3:33 in and line it with Jeff Bennett voice for Curious George

other than that, if he can't pull off the young voice, than it's best he just chose to a different voice

Thornton's got pretty good range. I'm sure he'll do fine. C:

Watching the trailer/gameplay videos again, I'm feeling a bit more inclined to say that Smith probably isn't Terra. There's a smoothness in tone that doesn't seem to be there with Smith, even in the least raspy of his samples. But still, I'd hate to write him off just yet.

Saix wasn't in the E3 trailer. And it's still fun to wonder about it because Saix VA Kirk Thornton doesn't have any past kid roles for us to assume what he'll sound like.
