Really? He's taller than Aqua, and she's fairly tall ( if Ven is roughly Roxas's size, then she's as tall as Riku.)

The No Name Keyblade has an hourglass on the keychain, which hints time travel. Hopefully it doesn't make things too complicated.

Actually, we got a good amount of info without the boss even saying anything. The nameless keyblade is Time themed, the boss' stance at 0:43 looks to represent clock hands, and the symbols on the weapon ARE clock hands. (Look up "clock hands" on google, you'll see what I mean.) At the very least, we know the boss is a time traveler. That's kinda huge.

That's some pretty good evidence there.

Eh I thought and hoped Nomura wouldn't try to make things so complicated, so i went with another popular theory: a Nobody of Master Xehanort's body and soul that were left behind

Let's look at what we know so far:



1. He's some sort of time traveler.
2. He's wearing a black cloak and fades in and out like a Nobody.
3. He has weapons like Xemnas.



I'm starting to think this is some sort of alternate dimension Xemnas, and maybe that whole thing about KH3D being a mirror world was right.

I think this guy is not a alternate Xemnas, as some are saying, but perhaps something related to Eraqus. I mean... when you think about it. He appears in Land of Departure, which is where Eraqus resided. And also, I can't see any physical resemblance to Xemas. (Xemnas is far thicker, with wider shoulders and a broader stance) The weapons, while similar, have hilts. Whereas Xemnas' did not. These have the design workings of a clock laid into them... and his stance proves this. Xemnas had none of this.

You could be right. That makes more sense. And Eraqus IS connected to Xemnas.

THIS. I've always had the idea that Keyblades might have a more pure, more concentrated form (purely fanfic material at the time), but I'm really considering this idea.

Now, this whoever MF is might be related to Xehanort, but I don't think he is an incarnation of Xehanort. Anybody related to Xehanort can be Ven, Riku, Sora, Kairi, Braig, Vanitas, org members, AtW, Terra, Eraqus, and any subsidiaries of Sora.

Now look at the height of MF. He is about as tall as Aqua. His build is different from Xehanort. So we can obviously cross Xehanort off of the list. I'm sure we can cross off Kairi, Braig, subsidiaries of Sora, Org Members, and AtW off the of list. And Ven because of circumstances.

Terra would be knocked off because he is too tall and buff. Eraqus because he is too tall too. Now we are left with Sora, Riku and Vanitas.

This in my opinion.
