Revealed during the September 2023 Nintendo Direct, the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Sora Amiibo is now available for pre-order in Japan. The pre-order link for the Amiibo appeared on Amazon Japan, although currently it has sold out but is expected to restock at a later time. This is the final Amiibo set to release for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
The placeholder release date is December 31, 2024, but is expected to release earlier in the year. The Sora Amiibo costs 2,116 yen (approximately $14.17 USD).
Sora was revealed as the final Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fighter back in 2021. Sora was the most requested character in the Fighter Ballot. Fighter Pass 2 originally planned to have five characters likewise to Fighter Pass 1 but it had increased to six due to Sora's inclusion.
