Mines when Axel kills Vexen:

I just love how swift Axel is when he cuts in. <3

I haven't gotten far enough to see all of the cutscenes, but I do love the one where Sora snatches back the charm from Larxene and she shakes her hand in pain and then get's that 'I'm pissed' look on her face.

lol I loved that. So cool. Other than the scenes Larxene were in, I also liked the last battle with Repliku in RR.

When Lexeas is about to finish off riku,but then the darkness takes over him and SLICE!! kills that fucker!

Larxene: So what's going on Vexen your Riku was supposed to counter Sora. What is he waiting for? Where is he?

Axel: He's hiding somewhere to lure Sora deeper into the castle right? I suppose we should just leave at that, you know.

Larxene: Ah Ha! I see now! I would have never guessed that. So sorry Vexen.

Vexen: SILENCE!

Larxene: Predictable response. Forget men without hearts are so boring.

Vexen: Your one to talk. As if you have a heart to speak of yourself.

Well My favorite scene is with Axel and Vexen.

Then there was another one when Axel was Fighting Marluxia. At that time he summoned Namine which Sora comes in and Axel says a couple of words and they fight.

Axel going kaboom to Vexen. One of the defining things that made this game an improvement over the original.

Also, Zexion dying was all cool and dramatic.

Anything with Larxene and Sora in it, I dunno why.
Any Zexion scenes because I'm in love with Zexion.
And I like the Vexen and Riku-Replica scenes as well.
Like when Vexen laughs or when Marluxia and Axel were at each other. =]
