30 years after Shibusen deafeated Arachnephobia and Asura the Kishin the world is at peace... So they thought. Recently a group of rouge meisters and witches have gone rouge from thier groups and created an evil organization, even more powerful than Arachnephobia, called the Wasureru. While Shibusen protects the world from evil and Wasureru who wants the ultimate power which can destroy the world if they want to. When these two organizations meet only one thing happens, WAR!
So in a nutshell this is a rp with in a way two different plots. The first one will be life in Shibusen, like going to classes, missions that stuff. The same thing with the Wasureru( look below for the info about it). Eventually in the Rp the two sides will meet and a war will start(again see below). It'll start on the first day of the new year of shibusen.
Soul Eater primarily revolves around students classified as meisters at the Shinigami Weapon Meister Vocational School, or Shibusen for short, located in the fictional Death City. The school is run by Shinigami, the God of Death himself, as a training facility for weapons and the human wielders of those weapons, the meisters. Each meister has at least one demon weapon companion which has both a weapon and human form. Shinigami created the school as an organization that enforces peace in order to prevent the rebirth of the "kishin", the evil demon god that nearly destroyed everything by plunging the world into chaos. Human souls that have become evil by straying from the path of humans have a high risk of becoming kishin, so evil humans are constantly being hunted down and killed by the students trained at Shibusen. The ultimate goal of the students with their weapons is to have their weapons defeat and absorb the souls of ninety-nine evil humans and one witch, which will dramatically increase the power of the given weapon and thus be capable of being used by shinigami. In order to ensure this is done in a timely manner, all students and weapons attend classes regularly and are given homework or supplementary lessons to further their training. The meisters have a rating system that goes from one to three stars which usually measures soul energy. It is important that the meister and weapon can tune their "soul wavelength" to perform high level attacks and bring out the weapon's full power.

They were feared and respected all throughout Death City and even the world. They wanted power at any cost which eventually lead them to start eating human souls( meisters and weapons). When the meisters and weapons started quarling to get more souls the meisters eventually ate their weapons souls (thats what makes them different from other meisters.) When shinigami found out about the trechery he sealed them away in east africa and there they remained for two years.
While all this was happening, a group of several witches were doing the same thing, eating witches souls. The witches were banned from the witch society and were being hunted by both witches and Shibusen. Knowing that they were going to lose the leader of the group went to Africa and found the chamber where the meisters were being held. She realeased them from their imprisionment and they joined forces making a small organizatoin between the witches and the meisters. With all of them presumed dead and Shibusen stopped pursuing them they had time to turn their little aliance into an organization as big as Shibusen.
That pretty much wraps it up. The organization is divided up into two parts. The meisters and the witches. Itll be sort of a heirachy system thing. The two leaders, 4 captains, 4 vice captains, regular fighters, and minions. Each captain will be incharge of a specifc squad. The squads are Offensive, Defensive, Survallence, Research.

He also has several other versions of this attack whether its just punching them or doing a barrage.

personality: Ryohei is very enthusiastic and kind. He almost always yells( when its appropriate) and usually ends the word extreme somewhere in his sentence. Most people think he has ADHD because he can never sit in one spot and is always moving. He loves to fight often getting into fights with other people whether he has a chance or not. When he's fighting he has a totally different personality. He's cold, plans out his attacks and even considered ruthless in some people's eyes.

bio: Ryohei's history revolves more around his father's history than his. Ryohei's father and mother were some of the strongest Meister's and Weapon's in Shibusen history (his mom was a meister and his dad was a weapon). Once Ryohei was born they wouldn't have enough time for him if they were still hunting for Kishin eggs together so his mom retired early and stayed home while his father found another partner and continued with hunting kishin eggs. However it was obvious, that with the more missions his father went on his attitude started to change.
Ryohei, as many other people did, saw his father as one of the strongest death scythes and looked up to him and was very proud of him. However it was obvious, that with the more missions his father went on his attitude started to change. His father started getting more agressive and insane as the time went by. This included several fights with his wife and even Shinigami. The last time Ryohei saw his dad was the day his dad promised to start to spar with him. His dad went on a mission with his partner and a group of other meisters and weapons to Africa. All the weapons and meisters were reported killed and never even searched for them. While everyone thought they were dead Ryohei could still feel his dad's soul faintly and new he was alive somewhere( even though his dad got eaten by his partner).

Ryohei has created his own form of fighting. One is called Ryohei hurricane which he used when fighting multiple enemies. He usus soul storm with one hand while attacking with his weapon with his other hand.
The second form is called ryohei tornado. This form he focuses all his attacks on one enemy. He also uses bizzare attacks like kicking his weapon from affar to pierce the enemy from affar.
