The moonless night was cold, there were no animals moving, the Akaizen Republics Fake beauty still as beautiful at night. Tavi wondered how all of this was run, he had heard rumors of people trying to harness electricity, but he knew, from personal experiments, that it didn't work, not on this planet. Tavi knew it worked on other planets. Tavi had studied those planets, not to extensively, and had even brought back some electronical devices, but none worked. At one point Tavi had brought over a scientist from another dimension, the scientist claimed that the solar radiation seeped all through the planet, it's what gives the people magic, and what also makes any device running on electricity screw up.
Tavi saw the city of Cubia Beta about half a mile away. Tavi looked behind him and saw a group of about 30 people lined up behind him. They were all of Warlord Knight status, Tavi had trained them all, they knew how to defend against magic, and against Reforge's magical devices. Tavi had no idea about Reforge's weapons, he had no idea whether they would be able to use magic or what. He knew that he had no magical long range weapons, or medium ranged, since his previous attacks were all diffused by bow and arrows, or something of the like.
Tavi watched as his men put on special suits, they were leather, but his wizards had taken them and strengthened them up, to be stronger then any metal, but also as flexible as cloth. Tavi's current group had 10 wizards in it. He had recruited a few as mercenaries and taken some from his own country. Tavi's army had the biggest wizard division, and his whole nation had more wizards than any other, including reforge's and so it gave him hope. The other members of his little group were all of special skills, two were engineers, taken straight from Reforge's own staff, but who had willingly went over to us. The other 16 were of different variations, but all were specialists, and would only be challenged by reforge's top fighters.
Tavi smiled, and looked far to the right, about 3 miles away he could see a single fire, showing that his plan had so far been perfect. Two miles away was his army of a million, most likely more. Tavi motioned to the man to his right, who had a bow and arrow out. I nodded at him and he lit the arrow and shot it off. The next second giant orbs of fire began ripping holes into Cubia Beta. The next second, Tavi ripped a hole in the air, and ushered in his men, each one going through two at a time, all into the same hallway half way up the Tower.
Tavi was the last one through.

Aren woke as the sun went behind the mountains, his pack underneath his head, filled with basically his whole life. Aren was on a mountain top, in the country of Zero Ark, one of the more powerful countries. Right now it seemed fairly peaceful, but for some reason the people there were calling in Bounty Hunters. It confused Aren because he knew Reforge Seru, and it was unlike Reforge to allow criminals in his land. But as Aren thought about it, and realized, that while Zero Ark may not have many criminals, a lot of criminals leave and don't get punished.
It was sort of like Reforge to hire Bounty Hunters to retrieve run away criminals. Aren was hoping to maybe see Reforge and see how he'd been. He hadn't seen him in a year or so. Aren looked down from the mountain cliff, and saw the lights of Cubia Beta in the distance. As he began moving down the mountain on his way, he saw balls of fire ripping into Zero Ark, he had no clue what it was, at first, the he noticed how many there were. "Octavian..." He whispered to himself. He knew that it must be Tavi's legion of Wizards. He had maybe 50 basic magic users, and about 20 good magic users, although none came close to Aren's power, let alone Tavi's or Reforge's.
Aren decided to hurry up, so he manipulated the atoms right around his body, pulling the air molecules under him, and making them lighter, pulling him into the air, and then moving him out over the land, using magic to push him faster through the air. He went about 2 miles then dropped down to the ground, a bit out of breath, but no wear near tired or exhausted. Aren began walking the rest of the way, manipulating the muscles in his legs to make the tension disappear and his legs hurt less.
