most types of perfume don't change my mood, unless there's TONS of it *cough*mostofthehighschoolgirlsinmytown*cough*

I don't wear perfume though....

and whenever I smell fish, it makes me sneeze sometimes lol

Perfume is okay, as long as it's not obnoxious or overly fake-smelling. Ugh...

For me, sweeter smells will make me happy, muskier smells (like pine or nature things) make me thoughtful, and food smells really don't help me at all, especially if I'm hungry.

Now men's cologne is a whole other story. Some guys just don't know when to stop. I swear, when we had P.E. a few years back (no, the girls didn't have it w/ the guys... ya pervs... lol) and we'd go to next hour I sat next to this kid and every class period I would just like die from how overwhelming the smell was. ...Ew...
