He must be Riku or BHK because he has Soras height(Or Soras other side, if his other side isnt BHK eventually as we think.The fact is that his running style reminds me Rikus too

You might be on to something. If it truely is Riku, he might be trying to test Sora's strength to see if he got stronger. That would be a logical reason why they're fighting.

That Org. Member doesnt even attempt to attack Sora. When they both jump and Sora Swings his keyblade the Member in question moves to the left a little and completely dodges Sora's Attack.

In that clip the Org. Member is the same height as Sora. All of the other Org. Members are taller. So i dont tinhk the height is a big factor there.
