As much as I sympathise with you, as it isn't pleasant having a friend banned from KHI, you and Stavros have collectively made a series of posts that seek to undermine the decision of the staff, which does come across as whining. Besides, looking at the thread, the staff seem unified in their opinions, which should alert you to the fact that arguing is futile.
I agree, you did post a set of reasonable arguments, but the staff aren't a bunch of retards whom common logic evades, so it's highly likely that they were aware of everything you said in those posts, and STILL decided to permaban Miss Murder.
Whilst you are also entitled to your opinions, in this case it would serve better to abstain from broadcasting those opinions in such a thread, rather than creating a such trouble that it makes the staff disinclined to look upon the situation kindly.
Furthermore, if you're not afraid of what the mods or "respected" members will say, accept the consequences, and don't object when someone thinks you're "acting like an ass".
