Now that Disney owns Fox, how would a Simpsons world work?

Apparently Simpsons has never been very successful in Japan, so they might not have too good of a chance. Maybe the movie would be where to start.

Principal Skinner falls to darkness and kills Milhouse. Bart and Homer are your party members but their link attack pulls in every heartless and puts them into a couch gag where they die

It should be the replacement for 100 hundred acre wood. Have it be the new meta world.

The Simpsons can only hope to be very widget at best due to how overwhelming Westernness in its humor, characters, and plots. Leaving it incomprehensible to someone who isn't already knowledgeable in western culture.

Plus I heard the Japanese hate Bart, probably because of his rebellious nature and loudness clashes against Japanese culture, which why they favor Lisa being relatable and her snarkiness helps in Japan.

Imagine SDG having to fit in with the Simpsons yellow skin tone. I could see it with Sora but Donald and Goofy? Shudders.

A slingshot keyblade transformation would be pretty cool though.

It would honestly be hands down the best thing to ever happen to the series and I’d personally take a full game of it over just a world.

Unfortunately, as Lego Dimensions proved (which was spending money out the wazoo on IP rights, figure construction, and technology), they’d most likely just find a way to reuse voice clips from the TV show rather than try to contract the voice actors to record for the game. It saves time and money this way.

So while this would be my dream world realised, I don’t want a stripped down version of The Simpsons that doesn’t add anything really unique (despite this being pretty much the motto of Kingdom Hearts).

Honestly I think they will try impleting Star Wars and Marvel before considering Simpsons or any other Fox property.

"Well, Xemnas, I made it, despite your directions."

"Ah, Ansem, Seeker of Darkness, welcome. I hope you're prepared for some unforgettable darkness!"
"I hope you're ready for mouthwatering nobodies!"

"I thought you said we were using heartless"

"No, I said nobodies! That's what I call beings of darkness."

"I've been in the realm of darkness for years and I've never heard anyone call them that."

"Oh, it's a regional dialect"

"Eh, what region?"

"Uh, upstate Radiant Garden"

"I'm from Ansem's Castle and I've never heard anyone call them that."

"Not Ansem's Castle, no, it's a Hallow Bastion expression!"

"I see."
