Kingdom Hearts on Sims 2?

I watched some videos with Kingdom Hearts characters in the Sims 2 that look EXACTLY like them! The hair, the face, even the clothes and weapons! Does anyone know how to do that?

Sims 2 is ridiculously fun, but I prefer KH more.
