So I used the random one and got Ursa Circus, and I know that you can make one of the other 2 later on. I really wanted Sudo Neku, and was wondering if I'd be able to use the cards from the other regions to get it, as well as Meowjesty. Is it possible? I have the NA version.

Are those cards for the NA version? Because I have the European version and scanning all three worked for me. I'm guessing they're not region locked. (Thanks for the cards btw~)no they're probably region locked

You can only get one Dream Eater from this card, the others you can get in the game but they're very rare.

And yes they're region locked, I've tried accessing other region's cards to no avail. And any of those 3 DE's can be obtained through creating a Spirit without a recipe. When you pick the two ingredients it will tell you what you will get.
