KH3 'Soul Of Darkness' was a fan-fiction that someone made some fan-art images of and posted on the KHInsider Image Gallery, it is nothing more then fan-fiction
I hate to be the one to burst your bubble but Tetsuya Nomura said that now isn't the best time to talk about KH3 (due to production on FFXIII) so there is no possible chance that your friend could prove this rumor true.
Exactly, a next Kingdom Hearts game won't even begin production for awhile.
It'll probably come out in 2008 or 09 for all we know.
