...if you look at the Kingdom Hearts cover art, they're all sitting in front of Kingdom Hearts itself. Kairi, Riku, Sora, Donald, And Goofy are all sitting there...
but i have 3 questions:

1. Where are they exactly? i was assuming Traverse Town but idk...

2. What are they sitting on???? i don't recall any building that looked like that in TT

3. In the corner there's a heartless and im' pretty sure it's a Gargoyle but i was jw because the stupid Square logo is in the way of it...

just tell me what you think, b/c i was just curious...

I agree, it's just some turret from a random castle. Like on the cover of KH2, it's not important I guess just a place to pose.

can some1 link a site that has the cover? i think they might've changed it since the one i found was here on KHI. If not, then i dont see the gargoyle. The only thing i see on the pic i have is a face to left of the cover at roxas' knee level.cant tell wut that is tho.

yes! i feel dumb, haha, now that i look at it closer, it is a statue. my apologies, my cover art is recent and cuts off more of the heartless statue. i'm now thinking that because of the tall towers and crazy statues, this is at Hollow Bastion... w/e just my opinion....
