is it me that has been replaying days and axel has been wareing eyeliner it looks like it to me
has anyone seen it or is it just me?

I think that his eyes are just like that. I dont think thats eyeliner. Could just be something to make him look cool just like those Teardrop marks on his face.

Well, to get the effect in real life, you would most likely have to wear eyeliner just like you would need a ridiculous amount of gel/hairspray/FREAKIN SUPER GLUE to get hair like his. But this is Kingdom Hearts, so no. Axel doesn't wear eyeliner and his hair naturally looks like that when he gets out of bed.

A lot of the charachters have black lines around their eyes. I think its just the stylisation
