What really bothered me about Axel was that he never seemed to care that Kairi was killed. I know most of the Guardians weren't visibly upset but she and Axel spent a good chunk of KH3 bonding with each otherI think for me it would be Axel. Never been too big on his character but he really rubbed me the wrong way in KH3, what with being relegated to just a fourth wall breaker.
And don't say Xion because it already happened to her once. And because in this fandom she's such an easy target that you might as well draw a bullseye on her face... but I wouldn't touch that discourse with a ten-foot pole.

Gonna get a lot of hate for these, but individually these characters are merely facets of the parent unit. I know, it sounds crazy to include the parent unit in the list of snappenings, but anyone who's bothered to play these games knows that Kairi is a shell of "potentially very interesting™" but full of emptiness and nothing noteworthy. Namine is not in the game except in CoM, a cameo in Days/2, and another cameo in ReMIND. Xion existed for a game then didn't exist again until a cameo in KH3/ReMIND. If I had my way, I'd write all of them out of existence.
(Kairi) Sora and Riku's dynamic was way more interesting in KH1 than anything Kairi had a hand in. Kairi didn't really exist in CoM, which is more ammo for the aforementioned dynamic. Kairi did practically nothing in KH2, she swatted at I think two shadows and that was the end of her self-driven involvement. Didn't exist really in BBS/Days/DDD. And of course she did basically nothing in 3/ReMIND except getting glassed and being the plot device for the episode. lawl. Not at all excited for her involvement in MoM, if she even has any.
(Xion) Xion shows more traits of Sora than she does of Kairi. That's fair, as she is basically an aggregate of SORA's memories of Kairi designed to siphon Sora's body/powers from Roxas. My problem with Xion is that they show the girl fighting, having a self-starting attitude to things, and being a go-getter not just vocally, but ON-SCREEN and physically. Compare Xion trying to find out who she is to Kairi venturing out of DI to go after the boy she just remembered and Riku. I know, Xion has a Keyblade for most of her existence and Kairi don't. But...like that's another problem. Why give black haired Kairi a Keyblade (means of survival/fighting back), the not SPUNK but literal ferocity to take what she wants (even if she don't succeed in it all the time), and more but leave the real deal defenseless and basically useless? Just merge the two. There's no reason why Kairi can't be physically accomplishing stuff, there's no reason why Kairi can't be shown doing things of her own will on-screen. There's no reason why Kairi can't actively protect her friends S/R.
Xion doesn't bring anything to her friend circle, really. She siphons all writing from Roxas in Days, and then doesn't exist until 3. All melodrama that she brings due to her being an uninvited guest in RAX circle, can be given to Roxas instead as having weird ass memories that belong to Sora instead, causing him to act weird in exchange. In 3, she appears as a dark, turns into a light, then cries. Kill her off.
Namine doesn't exist as I already outlined, but what parts of her DO exist post-KH2 I feel could just be explained as Kairi's latent power over Sora. Kill Namine and give her memory powers to Kairi as a form of her Princess of Heart role.

The case against Ventus is an easy one from my perspective: he's a discount Sora-lite who doesn't do anything that Sora can't do. He exists in multiple time periods, but in each one he doesn't bring a "this cannot be Sora" vibe. Throughout X/UX, he's either not in the story (thank you Agrabah filler :^) or he's standing around blissfully unaware of things. That's Sora in a nutshell. In BBS, he's quite literally the Sora of the group with a dash of existential angst whenever Vanitas is also onscreen. That could also be Sora, compare their level of emotion whenever Roxas "feels" something through Sora for example. And in KH3, he makes a cameo appearance but otherwise Sora steals the show.

It's crazy to suggest the so called MC get S N A P P E D out of existence but Sora needed to DIE at the end of KH3. Not get warped to another world or whatever. There needed to be serious consequences. As I look back at the series, KH3 really represented a tonal shift in the meaning of POWER OF FRIENDSHIP, and for no real reason. Every single game up until KH3 paints peoples' actions and willingness to bond and band together for the greater good as a GREAT THING TO DO. Then, magically, it isn't a great thing to do because the power of asspulls has to have some sorta drawback to not make Sora be a literal mary sue, right? Except no, because every game previous to 3 says that Sora is basically gonna be okay no matter what. So there's zero tension to him getting snapped, except for the ridonkulously long wait to see how exactly he's gonna be okay. If this happened to literally any other charcater, there'd be tension. Sora needs to go.
I really like Hades as a character. Too bad that would mean more money to the despicable human being that voices him.Probably Maleficent. You could have kept her dead after KH1 and nothing would have changed. I know she is technically still relevant due to Chi but at this point I could do without her.
Really wish Hades took over as the main Disney baddie
It's a shame, Axel use to be in my top five favorite characters but ever since he became Lea and self aware I have not been a fan of his writing at all.I think for me it would be Axel. Never been too big on his character but he really rubbed me the wrong way in KH3, what with being relegated to just a fourth wall breaker.
This is probably the correct answer since she's so out of place. I mean, I like sora's implied parents, but it's so glaring how they each come up once, ever. So I wouldn't be surprised if Nomura would cut Sora's Mom if he could go back in time.Sora's Mom, to stop the endless jokes.

What triggered Roxas’ separation from the Organization?
As he kept having recurring dreams of Sora, someone he didn’t know, he felt he needed to leave the Organization to find out who these people he didn’t know were. As Axel didn’t want him to go, he didn’t tell Sora about Roxas in Castle Oblivion, did he?
Yeah, sorry bud, but no. She is on the top list. Her death felt useless given that absolutely no one will remember her, and she just...SHE'S JUST THERE. Xion is LITERALLY just there to be the girl of the group because EVERY TRIO HAS TO HAVE ONE. Sorry man, but no. Xion is one of them. And you know who else is another that has no reason to be here and needed to be erased SOONER...y'know like...shouldn't have existed in the first place? And don't say Xion because it already happened to her once.
