How come the King never intereacted with Roxas?

No, Mickey has never met Roxas. The closest he could've come to meeting him would have been in Coded but that wasn't even the real Roxas.

well mickey is smart I think he would immediately spot that sora and ventus and roxas have a same type of light. riku would problay tell mickey if they both saw roxas and sora tougher. remember in kh re:com riku can smell darkness and light. maybe even mickey can.
