But how come the heartless feed hearts to the kingdom hearts when they are killed. :wub:

Judging by the name they shouldn't have any.

Is it because the keyblade unlocks the hearts?

maybe it is becouse the keyblade like you said unlocks hearts or nomura made a mistake or maybe when they kill they collect hearts

the only heartless that do that are artifiiciall ones becouse they are created with hearts you can tell wich one is artificiall or not becouse the artificial ones dont have a insignia
