I didn't spoil myself but I have been spoiled by a bunch of my friends who read spoilers. And I've been avoiding youtube and these forums for a long time but then friends in real life go and spoil the whole plot for me like. "Oh, Vanitas is voiced by the same actor who voiced ****** so it's obvious what he looks like" and "Oh, Terra's fate is ***********" or "Aqua's fate is ******" and "The final boss is *****" and they spoiled me 90% of the plot before I even played the Japanese version. And after I said "Oh gee, thanks for the Major SPOILER!!! " they go "I thought you already knew!" even though I made it clear that I didn't want to know ANYTHING about the plot on BBS until the game comes to America.

All I had to do was click on a banner of Vanitas with a fan's IDEA of what he looked like; and BAM. One random person decides to go into full detail in a comment; "OMG G VANATIS DOESTN LOK LKE T TH AT HE LOOOKS LIKE ************!!!!!!!1!!1 BECASEUE HE'SS ************!!!11!!1one!1!"

then I also (fully accidentaly) saw Vanitas face which was the biggest spoiler I feared, FUCK!

For me...mostly YES. First of all, I was spoiled by many careless fans not posting spoiler alerts at various sites -BLEH!- and then, since I was almost completely spoiled by that, I ended up basically watching all the scenes...but I didn't look at fan English subs and dubs so I didn't get quite everything that was being said. But, it was easy to get what was going on still. It was great! Can't wait for the US version!
