Thnks Fr Th Mmrs isn't exactly a graduation song.
The way I take it, the whole "thanks for the memories" is more of a spiteful comment directed at a girl [or boy, since Pete writes the lyrics].

Well, the songs that we've sung so far at graduation are:

I don't know if you're talking about singing as a solo or as a choral piece, but I know that all of them are choral pieces, and I'm pretty sure that they're all solos, too...the only one that I'm not sure about is Seasons of Love.

Thanks for all the great ideas and I shared the ideas with the rest of the graduation class but they all hated them.:thumbdown: I liked most of them but no-one else wanted to sing it so, thanks anyway...

See, my young Tob, the problem with "Seasons of Love" is that - even though I personally feel it's one of the best songs ever - it's from RENT.

When people hear that it's from RENT, they say, "Oh, it's from that one Gay Musical? Ew!"

And never give it a chance. I'd love for that song to be played when I graduate, but I live in a very religious town, so obviously it'll never happen.

Two pple at my school sang My Wish by Rascal Flats for their graduation, although i don't like Rascal Flats. Other than that, i got nothing.
