Who are you to decide what is fair? Do you know the entire story? Probably not. HellPark and the other most likely had it coming to them. I know I found them annoying and tended to spam quite often. They will not be missed by a majority of the forum.

There is a think line between honesty and cruelty. Envy, you may have crossed that line. While some people's sigs may suck(I wouldnt know which, I stay out of the GFX section), there is no reason that you cannot give constructive criticism or be positive once in a while.

If a sig sucks, there is always the chance that the person just had a bad day. Maybe they are new to the program they are using. You must take these and other factors into account before you start saying how poorly a sig was made.
