Mephiles from Sonic 2006. He was different. He actually had an evil, almost demonic feel to him. Plus he's the only character to ever canonically kill Sonic. Even though I love Sonic (the character) that gave Meph some major cool points, in my book.

lol Clone Wars Grievous. I'm not really a starwars fan, but he's just so cool, he's a top notch military strategist, and a famed jedi assassin, shame they ruined him and everyone in Episode 3....
