Not really in any order.... I have to say Winry scares me the most though.
And I can't really say Riku's a villain... *Huggles chibi riku*
xD Then there's Shadow the Hedgehog and his bad self... But he pwns when he's good.

I wouldn't really count Sin as a villan. It didn't have much coiice as I see it. Sin was more like a natural disaster than a villan.

TRue..then how bout......Vergil?He was one of the best DMC characters(although you only get to use him in te DMC 3 special edition )

I considered putting his name down, but I think he's more of a rival then a villan. Arkham is the villan from Devil May Cry 3, and Mundus is from Devil May Cry 1.

How bout The God-Generals from the Tales of the abyss?They were all pretty cool and strong.

Whereas Lex is probably the most evil human being on the planet. What kind of person develops the technology to awaken people's metagenes and then keeps the details of the on/off switch a secret, only to activate it on New Years. There were no fireworks in the DCU last New Years. It was too busy raining bodies.

Lex also commissioned the cloning of Superman, but since Kryptonian DNA is difficult to work with (they found this out when they created Bizarro), he had half of his DNA grafted to Superman's and had Superboy created.

Lex is literally a man up against a god. He has nothing physical, he's just a smart man and nearly always manages to threaten Superman's world.

On the other hand, Kingpin in the spiderman cartoons is fat. So +points for that.
