More and more children are being born with horns on their head, these children are dangerous and must be destroyed. They have invisible arms called 'Vectors' which can crush bone, rip flesh, and stop bullets... They are the new generation of Diclonius, a new race which may one day replace human beings as the dominant species of Earth.
It has been many years since the events of the 'queen' diclonius' outbreak (Lucy). Things have calmed down since then. But there were dozens of casualties during this event, and many humans have been 'selected' to continue this new generation human. Throught their children. Normally when a child is found with horns (first sign of a diclonius) the child is killed to prevent the diclonius from spreading. Thus is mankinds only surefire way to maintain their superiority. But now and then, the few children who escape detection and try to live their lives get caught later on. When this occurs, they are not killed. This sounds good, but it's actually worse. For these children are captured and put through torturous experimentations, basically, for the rest of their lives. It has also become apperent that the diclonius are changing again. Now there are male diclonius popping up.
The world is in mortal danger due to this new problem, the Facility worked on a cure to this problem, but a more recent escape lowered the manpower working on the cure.
But the its been two weeks since the escape of the diclonious, all seemed well for the facility, they were so close to a cure! But a crippling attack with a boat to the facility destroyed most of the research, all but a single vial and computer…
During the attack, a single Dicolnious found a phone and sent a message, “God! Thank you for killing the bad people! Can you now save us? Please the tests really hurt!- ‘there he is kill him!!’ No!!- ‘Fissssttt-Bzzztzzzz….’ This call was picked up by the escapees.. Other dicloniouses were able to escape too...
The new task, is a hard chosen one, be free and let there own suffer in the Facility, or risk there lives once again, to rescue there own trapped in the faclilty, with a strong possibility that they will be captured or killed in this attack.
