Xigbar wasn't around but Braig was, and Xigbar retained all Braig's memories (unlike Roxas, Xion, and Namine).

Mhm ok nobodies are made when someone turns into a heartless and they have a strong will but what about if you gain a strong will while you're a heartless? is a new nobodies born? could this be the way xion was born?through sora's will and kairi's light manifested into a body?

a nobody i would say is basically a soul but the soul must have both light and dark in it so it can travel through both realms and in between an the body is just like a vessel for the soul

A Nobody is a lifeless shell left behind by a heart leaving a body. I'm not sure where the soul goes exactly (likely stays with the heart), but a soul a Nobody ain't.
