Name: Felicia Weaver
Age: 23
Homeworld: Kjalbel is a heavily forested world, comprised of one large continent encompassing half of the planet and the remainder an ocean with interspersed small landmasses. Because of the terrain, and the planet’s lack of other resources, the main source of fuel on Kjalbel is wood. As the planet loses its limited supply, countries fight over territory and trees. Felicia hails from a large city in the continent’s main industrial superpower.
Background: Felicia was an only child, born to an unremarkable lower class parents. In her thirteenth year, these parents passed away, leaving her in the hands of the local orphanage. The orphanage was a kind place, but incredibly poor. Growing up, Felicia acted as an older sister to the younger kids, caring for them and protecting them, but there was nothing she could do for them when the workhouses came calling. The workhouses periodically bought children as sources of cheap labor. She watched many friends get taken away over the years. When she reached adulthood, Felicia was no longer allowed to stay and was forced to take employment in the workhouses she hated. From that point forward, she lived in the worker dorms, and sweated in the factories. Her years of ‘forced’ employment took their toll, and she turned to alcohol as a way to cope.
Personality: Resigned, Sympathetic, Prone to escapism, Soft spot for children.
Appearance: The word that best describes Felicia is 'dirty.' Her face is covered with a perpetual layer of filth, as the factory’s machines replace daily the oil and soot she washes off every night. During the brief moments of hygiene, the large bags beneath her dark green eyes can be seen. Her unkempt, brown hair is normally pulled back using whatever she can find. Having very few possessions to her name, her clothes are well worn, and in need of replacement. Without the grime and numerous holes, one could see that her clothes were simple and cheap. The orphanage spared every expense that they could.
Powers: Felicia can absorb energy from outside sources, such as lights, fire, and people.
Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge. Decent alcohol tolerance. Doesn't get queasy at the sight of blood.
